Tony’s Chocolonely is a Dutch chocolate company focused on producing ethically sourced chocolate to combat exploitation in the chocolate industry. My goal in redesigning their packaging is to present a simpler design that emphasizes their mission statement.

Product Design

This packaging redesign was primarily focused on giving the chocolate wrapper a more eye-catching look that stayed on theme with the brand’s branding. The new packaging features a minimalist design with bold typography and vibrant colors that stand out on the shelf. It includes
the company’s logo and subtle patterns that reflect the brand’s essence,
while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

The interior of the packaging was revamped to reduce text heavy elements while still conveying the company’s mission. With its packaging integrating
its mission, the company is ensuring that every purchase reinforces its commitment to quality and social responsibility. Additionally, the layout
was streamlined to make navigation easier for customers.
